Supports the next generation of maritime professionals through education, mentoring, career development and industry engagement. The Committee helps create opportunities that inspire and develop future leaders across the profession.

Dedicated to nurturing future talent, this committee supports schools through STEM outreach and connects students, graduates and early-career members with mentors, opportunities and networks that inspire lasting maritime careers, and meet 4x a Year. Responsibilities include:
