TRANSACTIONS
RINA Transactions bring together technical papers published by the Institution since 1860, documenting developments across naval architecture, shipbuilding and marine engineering.
The collection includes papers originally presented at Institution meetings, as well as material published through the International Journal of Maritime Engineering (IJME) and the former International Journal of Small Craft Technology (IJSCT). These papers were historically published alongside information about the Institution’s activities in the annual hardback Annual Report and Transactions volumes.

The International Journal of Maritime Engineering (IJME) is RINA’s peer-reviewed journal for technical and scientific research relating to the design, construction and operation of marine vessels and structures.
Building on the Institution’s long history of technical publishing, IJME provides a forum for professionals, academics and researchers to share findings, discuss emerging developments and contribute to progress across the maritime sector.
