Meet RINA President Annabelle Ransome-Williams 

Elected as the RINA President from 1st July 2026,  Annabelle Ransome-Williams is a board-level leader with more than 30 years of experience in strategic assurance, risk governance, and complex programme delivery across the defence, nuclear, and government sectors, including as Programme Director for the SSN-AUKUS nuclear submarine programme. She is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Project Professional, and Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (FRINA) and the Association for Project Management (FAPM). Recognised by the Cabinet Office, National Audit Office, and NISTA for excellence in public sector delivery, she has led major national and international programmes in highly regulated environments. Annabelle brings extensive expertise in governance, performance assurance, risk oversight, and transformation, helping organisations align strategic objectives with effective board-level decision-making.

The lecture will focus on a topic of significance to the maritime community, offering attendees the opportunity to engage with ideas that are driving change across the industry.
