Notice is hereby given that in accordance with By-Laws 61 and 64, the Annual General Meeting of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects will be held at 11:00 BST, on Thursday, 28th May 2026, for the following purposes;

  • Welcome, Opening of 2026 AGM & Declaration of Interests
  • Recording of Updates & Proposed Changes to By-laws
  • Governance Structure Changes
  • Annual Report and Financial Statement for the year ended 30th September 2025
  • Recording of Changes to Council Membership
  • CEO's Report
  • Election of Institution's President
  • New President Acceptance Speech & Outline of Presidency Themes
  • 2026 Medals & Prizes
  • President's Report
  • General Discussion & Questions
  • Thanks & 2026 AGM Formally Closed

 

Note.

  • All members have the privilege to join the above meeting (subject to registration and available places), but only Voting Members are entitled to vote on the Resolutions.
  • Members entitled to vote on the Resolutions may appoint the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy to vote on their behalf (Members will receive an online voting link).

 

Registration is required. Please note that the ticket availability is limited. If you do not intend to attend the AGM, please cancel your attendance.
