Warship 2026 Submarines brings together international experts in naval design, engineering, and innovation to examine the technologies and strategies shaping future submarine capability. The conference will focus on accelerating underwater capability through collaboration, technical development, fleet management strategies, and advanced systems.

Hear directly from senior naval operators, submarine designers, engineers, and industry partners sharing real-world projects, research, and lessons learned. Past presenters at Warship 2025 included representatives from the Royal Navy, BMT, University College London, University of Strathclyde, Damen Naval, Fincantieri Marinette Marine, Siemens Digital Industries Software, Babcock International, Kongsberg Maritime, Safeguard Engineering, and many more.
Sessions span submarine design, sustainability and energy efficiency, autonomy and digital engineering, and safety, risk assessment, and human factors, delivering practical, evidence-based insight relevant to current and future submarine programmes.
Building on this foundation, Warship 2026 Submarines will focus on advancing submarine capability through deeper technical content, focused discussion, and cross-sector collaboration.

Abstract submission has now closed.
Cancellations received in writing up to two weeks before the event takes place will be subject to administration charge of £200. Cancellations received after this time cannot be accepted and are subject to the full event fee. Delegates may be substituted; however, this must be sent in writing and confirmed with the RINA Events Team. It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to alter the content and timing of the programme. In the unlikely event that RINA cancels the event for any reason, our liability is limited to the return of the registration fee.
