IMO Group
The IMO Group provides an opportunity for all members to raise and discuss matters relating to the Institution’s work and responsibilities as a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) with Consultative Status at the IMO using the Group Forum.
The work and activities of the IMO Committee will be reported regularly in the Forum. Members may also comment on the Committee’s work, or propose matters for its consideration

Report of MEPC 70
Members of the Institution's IMO Committee attended and contributed to MEPC 70, held from 24 - 28 October 2016. Green House Gas (GHG) emissions and "Energy Efficiency" were the main subjects of the agenda at MEPC, with a higher number of papers submitted than at previous MEPCs. The following topics were addressed:
