Information for Delegates Attending RINA Events
All registered delegates will be sent all of the necessary information specific to that event. Some general information for delegates is contained in the downloadable forms below, but if you still have any queries, please contact the Conference Department.
Delegates and their guests visiting London on business or pleasure may take advantage of the Institution’s membership of Club Quarters to stay at its Trafalgar Square Hotel, situated at 8 Northumberland Avenue – less than one minute’s walk from RINA Headquarters.
Delegates wishing to stay at the Club Quarters Trafalgar Square should book online at http://clubquarters.com/royal-institution-naval-architects, using the login “RINA” (without the quotes) on their first visit and selecting Trafalgar Square from the choice of hotels.
Members. Delegates who wish to take advantage of the lower rate at weekends, which is not shown online, should contact ClubQuarters at +44 (0)20 7451 5800
Payment for RINA conferences can be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer (see registration form 'Payment' sections for address details). Please note that unless agreed by the Conference Organiser, payment must be received before the start date of the conference.
In the event of cancellation please note that there will be an administration charge of £200. Cancellations received within two weeks of the conference will be subject to the full charge. A delegate can be substituted, but this must be confirmed in advance with the Conference Organiser.
