Members wishing to submit an item for inclusion in the e-Library should forward it to . Where such items are subject to copyright, permission must be obtained before submission.
The e-Library Catalogue lists all items available in the e-Library.

Peer reviewed papers are published in the Transactions Part A (International Journal of Maritime Engineering) and Part B (International Journal of Maritime Engineering of Small Craft Technology)
British Marine Federation Technical Reports
Members have access to BMF Technical Reports, covering developments in the Recreational Craft Directive (RCD), Boat Safety Scheme (BSS), as well as related activities of the UK Maritime & Coastguard Agency and the UK Health & Safety Executive.

Unpublished papers, reports, presentations etc for which the Institution has copyright have open access. Where the copyright is held by the Institution, permission should be sought to reproduce.
Members wishing to use the Denny Library should contact Headquarters to confirm that the Library is not in use. Books etc are not avaliable on loan.
Papers presented at selected conferences organised or supported by the Institution are available to members. Where the Institution has copyright, such papers have open access. Where the copyright is not held by the Institution, permission should be sought to reproduce.
