Ship & Boat International Editorial

Editor: Martin Conway

Established over 60 years ago, Ship & Boat International provides quality technical information on all aspects of commercial small craft/small ship design, construction and operations. The journal covers a comprehensive range of vessel types from 5m up to around 100m in length.

Ship & Boat International provides comprehensive descriptions of selected vessel types including fast ferries, workboats, fishing vessels, patrol boats, pilot boats, tugs and offshore vessels. Regular features on propulsion technology, new marine equipment, construction materials, CAD/CAM, and reports on matters affecting this sector of the marine industry. Special regular features by well-known industry figures will also be included.

Editorial Coverage

Ship & Boat International is published six times a year. We aim to provide our readers with essential information, providing greater technical depth and coverage of the latest developments and trends in design and technology. As such, we will meet the industry's demands for more selective and concise news and views, with enhanced comprehensive features and technical reports that have been well researched. With so much of the professionals' business done remotely, and readers increasingly looking to receive their information online, editorial and key articles from Ship & Boat International will be published on the Internet.
