IMO NA Group e-newsletter
The Institution considers that it holds its NGO status at the International Maritime Organisation on behalf of the global naval architecture profession. Shortly after being granted NGO status, the Institution formed the IMO Naval Architecture Group of national professional societies which share the same aims and objectives as the Institution with regard to safety. The Institution undertakes to inform and seek the views of member societies on matters being considered by the IMO. |
