This is a fill in the blanks form that sets out the terms and conditions on which the Designer has agreed to provide the deliverables for the Client in relation to the vessel and the Client has agreed to make the payments.

This is a fill in the blanks form that confirms the details of the design service the Designer agrees to supply to the Client.
