Information for Delegates to RINA Events

RINA organises a programme of international conferences, workshops and training courses, covering a broad range of experience and opinion on research, development and operation on all aspects of the design, construction, maintenance and operation of marine vessels and structures.

RINA conferences and training courses provide an opportunity for scientists, engineers, designers, owners and regulators to listen to presentations on the latest technical developments, discuss current issues and network.

The technical papers presented at RINA conferences are peer reviewed acknowledged experts in the field ensuring that the relevance and technical quality of RINA events remains as high as possible

Conferences will typically last two days, and will include a full programme of 16 half-hour technical presentations followed by open discussion, refreshments, lunch and an evening reception. Delegates receive a printed copy of the Conference Proceedings containing all papers presented at the conference. CD-ROM's containing all papers and the MSPowerpoint presentation are available after the conference.

Payment and Booking Information

Payment for RINA conferences can be made online (by secure link), by cheque, credit card or bank transfer (see registration form 'Payment' sections for address details). Please note that payment must be received before the start date of the conference.

In the event of cancellation please note that there will be an administration charge - see the conference registration form for the specific dates and charges. Also note that cancellations within 24 hours of the event or non-attendance will not receive a refund.

A delegate can be substituted, but this must be confirmed in advance with the Conference Organiser.
