About RINA Events

RINA organises a programme of international conferences, workshops and training courses, covering a broad range of experience and opinion on research, development and operation on all aspects of the design, construction, maintenance and operation of marine vessels and structures.

RINA conferences and training courses provide an opportunity for scientists, engineers, designers, owners and regulators to listen to presentations on the latest technical developments, discuss current issues and network.

The technical papers presented at RINA conferences are peer reviewed by acknowledged experts in the field ensuring that the relevance and technical quality of RINA events remains as high as possible.

A conference will typically last two days, and will include a full programme of 16 half-hour technical presentations followed by open discussion, refreshments, lunch and an evening reception. Delegates receive a printed copy of the Conference Proceedings containing all papers presented at the conference. CD-ROM's containing all papers and the MS Powerpoint presentations are available after the conference.
