Description	Eric Sponberg has been a Member of RINA since 1974 and licensed CEng. since 1983. He is also a Life Member of SNAME in the US, and a licensed Professional Engineer (PE)in the state of Connecticut. Sponberg Yacht Design specializes in sailing and power yacht design, repairs and modifications design & engineering, & general naval architecture consultation. A particular specialty is the design of free-standing rigs for sailing yachts. Also offered are expert witness services.
